Join us for an invigorating and transformative yoga experience that will leave you feeling rejuvenated, stronger, and more in tune with your body.  In our "Stretching &Toning Vinyasa" class, we blend the best of vinyasa yoga with focused stretching and toning exercises to help you achieve a balanced and radiant self.  This class will provide a challenging workout,  but don't worry if you're new to yoga; modifications will be offered. 


Class Highlights

Vinyasa Poses: Explore the fluidity of movement as we flow through a dynamic sequence of yoga poses.  Vinyasa yoga synchronizes breath with motion, offering a graceful and energetic practice that enhances flexibility, strength, and mindfulness.


Stretching: Delve deep into your stretches to release tension, improve flexibility, and promote a sense of relaxation.  Our carefully curated stretching routines are designed to lengthen muscles, increase mobility, and reduce the aches and pains that may have been holding you back.


Toning: Feel the power of building strength and lean muscle in a holistic was.  Our toning exercises target key muscle groups, helping your sculpt a strong and balanced physique.  As you gain strength, you'll discover newfound confidence in your body's capabilities. 


Breathing: Learn the art of conscious, mindful breathing as a tool to enhance your practice and overall well-being.  Proper breath control not only supports your movements but also encourages mental clarity and a profound sense of calm.


Challenging Yet Accessible: Our class is designed to challenge your body and mind, but don't worry if you're new to yoga or have specific physical considerations.  We offer modifications and variations to accommodate all levels of experience and ensure that every student can participate and progress at their own pace.

Two one hour classes are offered on Monday's, Wednesday's and Thursday's at 7:30am and then 9:20am.
